Most people find themselves in the distressing position of having relationship issues at some point in their lives.

Everyone’s relationship is unique, but there are often similarities when it comes to problems. We are often able to cope with differing viewpoints and feelings to our partner or family members, but at times, especially when we are stressed, or there has been a change in circumstances, we can't cope. Communication breaks down, and we lose the ability to resolve the problems.

You don’t have to wait until you are at crisis point before trying to resolve things. Some people choose to do a ‘Relationship health check’ before making a firm commitment.
